Features

• Vertically split suction intermediate and discharge casings  clamped together by external tie bolt and sealed with gaskets or ‘o’ ring as required by the design pumping temperature of the liquid pumped and the construction of the pump
• Grease lubricated anti friction bearings design to meet the requirements mounted on either side
• Pump uses soft graphite asbestos. The shaft is fitted with renewable shaft sleeve in the region of the stuffing box. Which protect the shaft from wear due to packing special water-jacketed stuffing boxes. And special design of stuffing boxes with mechanical seals are available.

Pump design:- The pumps are primarly designed to handle water and are suitable for handling water in water supply systems for domestic and industrial use. Single stage pumping units of compact design with back pull out feature with suction & discharge flange arranged in-line opposite one another for direct installation in the pipeline. Motor and pump are close coupled by rigid coupling. The completer rotating portion can be removed without disconnecting the pump casing from the connecting pipe line.

Shaft sealing: The shaft is sealed by means of a mechanical seal

Wearing ring: Every volute casing is fitted with a replaceable wearing ring. Casing gasket : the volute casing is sealed by means of a flat gasket.

Flame proof motor
we offer flame proof, explosion proof or increased safety motor for petroleum industries and solvent handling industries. These motors are available from 0. 25 hp to 120 hp (frame sizes up to 280) from 750 rpm to 3600 rpm, with 50 hz and 60 hz. Motors are suitable for gas group i, iia, iib,iic and of higher class. Motors are available with foot, flange and face mounted versions. Degree of protection are ip55 with "f" class insulation. We are also able to offer you pump as per customer's design in standard versions. The most important about motor is international quality at affordable price and earliest delivery.
