Oval gear flowmeter is a kind of positive displacement meter to measure the liquid flow or instantaneous flow of the pipe tube. It is kind of accumulate meter. With charachteristics of high accuracy. Small change by the fluid viscosity. It is widely used to measure oil kind liquid,but it is not suitable to measure corrosive liquid.
- Measurement room:-the body of flowmeter is made by cast aluminum. The measurement room is made by its lumen. There are two stainless steel shaft in the measurement room, a couple of oval gear rotates on the shaft, to avoid liquid leakage,the space of oval gear and inner mural of measurement room is just tens of microns.
- Totalizer part of the drive : the transmission gear and totalizer part of flowmeter measure the gear rotation,the liquid volume is showed on the display by two words round.
- Seals : the body of flowmeter the above casing,the gland of above casing is sealed by o-ring. The gear rotation part is sealed by oil seal.
