These pumps are stainless steel centrifugal monobloc and bare pumps(coupled). These pumps are made from ss-304 or ss-316 sheet. The pumps are precisely fabricated. These pumps wetted parts are of stainless steel and widely used in chemical and process industries. As these pumps are fabricated from steel, it is also widely used in dairy, food and beverages industries, wine , RO and DM plant ,sea water applications. These pumps are available from 0.25 HP to 30 HP . head up to 90 meter and capacity up to 3000 LPM. The unique feature is international quality at affordable price with minimum delivery period.

As all pumps are made from rolled stainless steel, mechanical properties are far superior then cast material.
Pore free, non-pitting and non-adhering smoother surface, so less friction tosses, and less crevice corrosion.
Super finish surface also ensure no ingress or emission of germs or impurities during pumping or idling which is basic requirement of steriie / hygienic application
Pump can handle liquids having viscosities up to 1500 centipoise
Pumps are highly energy efficient and requires less npsh to function without cavitation
The pumps can work under a vacuum of 720 mm of hg, suitable for vacuum evaporators.
pumps are available with dosed/semi open impellers.
The best elastomers are used in the pumps to provide optimum resistance for high temperatures and chemicals.

Back Pull Out Pump

We manufacture and supply back pull out pumps, which are extensively used in air conditioning plants, power station, mine drainage, sprinkler systems fire fighting etc. These pumps are specially designed to perform heavy duty functions and work under high suction pressure conditions. Back-pull-out construction allows rotating assembly to be with drawn without disturbing the suction and delivery connections.
one piece self vanted foot mounted, center suction volute casing, single stage, closed / semi open dynamically balanced impeller.
flange drilling standards as per DIN 24255 / ISO 2858 or as per customer's requirement.
Designed for 16 bar working pressure with optional casing for a working pressure of up to 20 bar.
A robust and solid construction that guarantees long life even under high suction pressure conditions.
Heavy-duty, deep-grooved bearings with minimum 50,000 hours operating life under normal condition. (Grease lubricated, oil lubrication available on request)
Heavy-duty, stiff solid shaft design with low L3/D4 ratio ensures less than 0.05mm shaft deflection at the seal face in all operating conditions. This extends the seal life.
Seal housing is constructed to accommodate different seal/gland designs, so as to meet the severe heavy-duty requirements.
Excellent parts interchangeability reduces inventory levels for spare parts to a minimum.
